Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Hyundai vehicle solutions.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with finance, service, parts and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Remain informed about Hyundai products, competitor activity and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• A valid driver's licence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within a high-volume dealership environment.
• Knowledge of current automotive technologies and market trends.
• A relevant sales or business qualification will be advantageous.
