WE ARE HIRING
SALES FULFILLMENT AGENT (MTN)
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–12 months' MTN Sales Fulfillment experience in a call centre.
- Strong understanding of the MTN sales fulfillment process.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Must be reliable, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill MTN sales accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer information and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all sales comply with MTN policies and quality standards.
- Resolve fulfillment queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure successful order completion.
