- Customer game on point – Giving customers top-tier service and making every visit a win
- Merch on lock – Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, and on brand
- Stock & security – Following loss-prevention rules and looking after the goods
- Team support – Keeping the store neat, organized, and ready for business

? The Must-Haves
- Grade 10 (matric preferred)
- No experience needed (retail or sales experience is a bonus)
- Able to work weekends, public holidays & shifts
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Comfortable promoting products and chatting to customers
- Basic computer skills
