About Nurse Centre
Nurse Centre is an AI-powered healthcare marketplace connecting patients, families, hospitals, clinics, and qualified nurses across South Africa. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Interns to help onboard registered nurses and caregivers onto our platform.
Internship Duration
2–3 Months (Performance-based extension and full-time opportunities available.)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach registered nurses and caregivers.
- Explain the benefits of joining Nurse Centre.
- Assist nurses with the registration and onboarding process.
- Generate leads through social media, referrals, networking, and field visits (where applicable).
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and successful onboardings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Sales or marketing experience is an advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passion for healthcare and helping people.
Work Mode
- Remote: Work from anywhere in South Africa.
- Hybrid: Remote work with occasional field visits or meetings, if required.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Earn commission for every nurse who successfully registers, completes verification, and pays the onboarding fee (as per company policy).
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
