ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the face of Hopscotch. For many candidates, you will be the very first person they speak to when they enquire about one of our experiences. Every interaction matters and you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional and strong first impression that reflects the Hopscotch brand.

You will engage with new leads, answer enquiries across multiple communication channels, qualify candidates, overcome objections and guide them through the first stages of our process. If you love speaking to people just as much as you enjoy solving problems and improving processes, this role offers the perfect combination.

IS IT FOR ME?

• Attitude is more important than experience self-motivated, energetic, resilient and eager to learn
• Preferred but not essential: sales/telesales, recruitment, customer service, call centre or CRM experience
• Confident learning new technology and digital systems
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
• Proactive rather than reactive and thrives working toward measurable KPIs

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Responding quickly and professionally to enquiries across multiple communication channels
• Engaging new leads and qualifying candidates
• Overcoming objections and guiding candidates through the first stages of our process
• Ensuring qualified candidates complete applications and book interviews
• Keeping our pipeline active and healthy
