• • Ensure effective management of pricing strategies and commercial investments.
• • Drive forecasting accuracy and support S&OP processes.
• • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and business risks.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and service levels.
• • Manage market budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
• • Build, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• • Provide regular business updates, performance reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership. Academic Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Commerce or related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management roles. Minimum 3 years managing distributors/customers independently. Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, Agribusiness or related industries within African markets is preferred.

Experience in trading and or B2B within meat and poultry industry is preferred
