Sales Manager - Dental Industry

We are looking for a well-groomed mature person with Sales Management experience to drive revenue and growth by leading, training, and mentoring a team of sales representatives. You would be required to meet sales quotas, develop targeted strategies, analyse performance metrics, and build lasting client relationships to expand our market share in the Dental industry with our range of products in the Gauteng area.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor sales staff. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance evaluations.
• Strategy Development: Design strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns that align with broader company objectives. Managing the Sales pipeline
• Target Management: Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue quotas for individual reps and the broader team.
• Data & Forecasting: Analyse sales data and CRM metrics to create accurate revenue forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Client Relations: Oversee key account management, handle escalated customer issues, and assist the team in closing high-value deals.

Key Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools

Product range: Scanners / selective Dental Chairs / oral hygiene products.

Must have own reliable transport.

Salary Basic Gross: R30,000 to R40,000 p/m (depending on experience) plus incentives.

Incentives to be discussed.
