Candidates should have the following requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of vehicle sales management experience (either new or pre-owned) at a motor dealership.
Advanced computer skills and familiarity with lead management software and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Ensuring all sales, trade-ins, and finance applications adhere to dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Implementing strategies to achieve monthly volume, gross profit, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.
Training, and motivating a team of vehicle sales executives.
A valid, unendorsed driver's license is strictly required.
Enjoy SALES.
Enjoy making/earning COMM.
Enjoy meeting new clients and facilitating deals (strong CLOSING skills to your advantage).
Have a basic knowledge of cars (the more passionate you are about cars and the more knowledge you have will be to your advantage).
