Sales Manager

Heita Hola is preparing for a major launch and is looking for a driven Sales Manager to build and lead our commission-based sales network.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales leader who wants to help build a team from the ground up and earn based on the performance of the business.

The Role

You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales and promotions team across Johannesburg and Gauteng.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting and onboarding Sales Representatives and Ambassadors
• Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Training and motivating the sales team
• Managing the sales pipeline and performance
• Tracking individual and team sales
• Running daily sales briefings and performance reviews
• Identifying and developing high-performing salespeople into Team Leaders
• Organising activations and promotional activities
• Developing sales strategies to increase customer acquisition
• Building relationships with businesses, property professionals, events and community networks
• Reporting directly to the Heita Hola management team
• Driving the team towards the 30 September campaign target

This is a commission-based management opportunity, with earnings linked to the performance of the sales network.

The manager will be eligible for:

Personal sales commissions

Team performance commissions

Leadership overrides

Performance bonuses

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales management experience
• Has recruited and managed sales teams before
• Is highly target-driven
• Can motivate people and hold them accountable
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Understands commission-based sales
• Can work independently without needing constant supervision
• Has a strong network in Johannesburg/Gauteng
• Is available to start immediately

Experience in direct sales, promotions, property, insurance, telecommunications, financial services, retail or network sales would be advantageous.

This Is Not a 9–5 Management Job

Compensation: Commission-based + performance incentives
