Sales Manager: Isuzu Vereeniging

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Isuzu Vereeniging. This role primarily focuses on driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and enhancing overall market presence. You will play a pivotal role in leading the sales team, achieving business targets, and contributing to the growth of our product line in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and motivation to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the automotive industry.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automotive sales or familiarity with Isuzu products.
• Certification in sales or related areas will be an advantage.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
