Global Route Link specializes in end-to-end international logistics, factory verification, and business-sourcing trips. We are launching a high-impact sourcing campaign for the upcoming Canton Fair and require an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to turn prospects into paying clients.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will lead our business development efforts for the Canton Fair project, taking direct ownership of the full sales pipeline. You will be responsible for bringing in individual and corporate paying clients—not just reaching out to leads. This is a fast-paced role requiring proactive corporate outreach, structured lead tracking, and strong deal-closing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build targeted databases of importers, wholesalers, retailers, mining companies, healthcare groups, and manufacturers. Identify key purchasing managers, CEOs, and business owners.
• Corporate Outreach: Contact key decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to pitch Canton Fair business-sourcing packages and schedule sales meetings.
• Sales & Package Conversion: Consult with prospective clients to understand their product sourcing needs, present suited packages, handle objections, send invoices, collect deposits, and secure bookings.
• Group & B2B Sales: Actively pursue corporate group sales, targeting organizations capable of sending delegations of 5 to 20+ executives.
• AI & Pipeline Integration: Work directly with GRL’s AI lead generation system to respond rapidly to hot leads, update CRMs after every interaction, and track the full pipeline (Lead → Proposal → Deposit → Visa → Travel).
• Cross-Departmental Handover: Coordinate seamlessly with operations and visa teams once a client has paid to ensure a flawless onboarding experience.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports detailing pipeline metrics, conversion rates, deposits received, and generated revenue.

Aggressive 7-Week KPIs

• Prospects Identified: 100+ per week
• Direct Decision-Maker Conversations: 50+ per week
• Sales Meetings Booked: 10–15 per week
• Quotations Sent: 10+ per week
• New Paying Clients: 5–10 per week
• Corporate Groups Secured: 1–2 per week

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, high-value package selling, or international trade services.
• Strong network across procurement managers, supply chain executives, ESD managers, and corporate buyers.
• Direct experience managing end-to-end sales pipelines using modern CRM and sales technology.
• Exceptional negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Target-driven mindset capable of thriving under aggressive weekly key performance metrics.
