Job description
USA company in wellness industry, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international remote sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who is a high-energy, proactive go-getter. You'll enjoy coaching others, driving performance, taking initiative, and building a high-performing sales team.
Full-Time Position
40 hours per week
Working Hours:
USA Central Standard Time (CST): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM South Africa (SAST): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the remote sales team.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Help improve sales processes and conversion rates.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
- Support, motivate, and develop team members.
- Work closely with leadership to achieve company sales goals.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Previous CRM experience is essential.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Contactable references are required.

- Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
