Company: Rapid Spill Response (RSR)

Rapid Spill Response (RSR) is an established provider of industrial and environmental services operating across multiple sectors in South Africa. We work in demanding environments where reliability, safety, and professionalism are critical.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in line with company objectives.

THE ROLE

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Developing new business opportunities
Managing and growing key client relationships
Driving sales performance and revenue growth
Overseeing sales activity in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal
Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new clients and opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Coordinate and support sales activity in KZN, including travel as required
Represent the company professionally in the market
Provide regular sales reports to management

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

Proven sales manager experience in B2B sales (minimum 5 years)
Experience selling services into industrial or commercial environments
Strong team leadership skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to engage at management level
Good organisational and reporting skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel within Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and nationally.
