Job Description

A well-established company in the rigging industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and building a high-performing sales team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to travel and is passionate about achieving results.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Relevant diploma or qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Extensive proven experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and build a successful sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management experience.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel extensively when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.

Interview Process
