SALES MANAGER
Location: Head Office, Sea Point (Cape Town)
Reports to: Chief of Staff and CEO

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive contracted revenue across the Totalstay portfolio. This is a proactive, market-facing role - perfect for an experienced hospitality salesperson with strong Cape Town relationships and the energy to win new business.
What you'll do
- New business development: Secure corporate, MICE, group, and travel trade accounts.
- Account growth: Build and expand existing client relationships.
- Travel trade partnerships: Strengthen ties with tour operators and agencies.
- Contracting & proposals: Negotiate competitive rates and agreements.
- Client engagement: Lead site inspections, client visits, and sales missions.
- CRM management: Keep pipeline data accurate and conversion-focused.
What success looks like
- Revenue and room night targets consistently achieved
- New accounts secured and grown
- Strong pipeline value and conversion ratios
What we're looking for
- Proven hospitality sales experience in Cape Town
- Track record of winning and growing accounts
- Energetic, proactive, and visible in the market
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
