Job description

A Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Revenue Legacy would typically be a support role within the Sales & Marketing department, helping coordinate the activities that drive luxury leisure, group, travel trade, and brand awareness for Revenue Legacy's client - an ultra luxury resort based in Miami, USA. This requires working an Eastern time zone, typically 3pm - 11pm SAST (or 4pm - 12am).

Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing leadership team in executing commercial initiatives, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the resort's luxury brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and other commercial leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
  • Assist with preparation of sales proposals, contracts, presentations, rate information, and client communications.
  • Coordinate sales appointments, client visits, site inspections, familiarization trips, and VIP visits.
  • Prepare reports on sales activity, production, account performance, and business opportunities.
  • Assist with group RFPs and responses to corporate, leisure, group, and travel-industry inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and other operational departments.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in implementing the resort's annual marketing plan and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, photography, collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Support social media, email marketing, website content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with coordinating advertising campaigns, partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain Acqualina's luxury brand standards.

Travel Trade & Partnerships

  • Support relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, consortia, and other industry partners.
  • Coordinate travel-trade events, sales trips, client entertainment, and advisor visits.
  • Assist with tracking production from key accounts and travel partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner information, contacts, contracts, and promotional opportunities.

Events & Client Experience

  • Assist in coordinating client events, networking functions, sales events, and promotional activations.
  • Support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences in partnership with the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate details for hosted clients, media, travel advisors, and prospective guests.
  • Follow up with clients after events, visits, and stays to strengthen relationships.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  • Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and marketing expenses.
  • Maintain organized databases and sales/marketing files.
  • Assist with presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-up on outstanding sales and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, hotel sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional and polished presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ideally hotel systems.
  • Understanding of luxury travel and high-end hospitality.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, guests, travel advisors, and external partners.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
