We are an ambitious and fast-growing international group of businesses seeking a talented Group Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the marketing strategy across our diverse portfolio of brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building brands, driving digital growth, and delivering measurable business results.

As the Group Marketing & Growth Manager, you will oversee the marketing strategy for seven unique businesses, spending approximately one day per week focused on each brand while coordinating group-wide planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Our Brands

You'll be responsible for marketing and growing the following brands:

• Love Flavours – International B2B flavour manufacturer
• Feel Good 365 – Functional foods, beverages, supplements, and wellness products
• Man 365 – Premium men's grooming and personal care brand
• Hotel Grieshof – Austrian hotel and hospitality business
• SG Vapours – Retail and online vape business
• Electro Mist – Retail and online vape business
• Love Tan – Premium tanning salon

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across all brands.
• Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and campaigns.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.

E-Commerce & Online Sales

• Manage and optimise company websites.
• Drive online sales and improve conversion rates.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central stores where applicable.
• Launch and grow TikTok Shop.
• Enhance the customer online shopping experience.

Customer Growth & Retention

• Build and manage customer databases.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Develop customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Plan promotional campaigns to increase repeat business.

Business Development

• Generate new B2B customers for Love Flavours.
• Identify wholesale and distribution opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships.
• Support business expansion initiatives across the group.

Hotel Marketing – Hotel Grieshof

• Increase direct hotel bookings.
• Promote seasonal offers and accommodation packages.
• Manage hospitality-focused digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with travel agencies and tourism businesses.

Retail Marketing

For SG Vapours, Electro Mist, and Love Tan, you will:

• Increase in-store foot traffic.
• Drive online sales.
• Promote loyalty programmes and special offers.
• Build customer databases.
• Execute local marketing campaigns.

Feel Good 365

Help establish Feel Good 365 as a leading wellness brand by:

• Growing social media communities.
• Managing the website.
• Launching and managing Amazon.
• Growing TikTok Shop sales.
• Building influencer and affiliate partnerships.
• Supporting new product launches.
• Increasing brand awareness and online revenue.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media growth.
• Experience creating high-performing content that drives engagement and sales.
• Experience managing multiple brands or business units.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online retail.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop and social commerce.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM/customer databases.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute day-to-day marketing activities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing
• Photography and videography
• Shopify or WooCommerce
• Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite
• CRM platforms
• Hospitality marketing
• Retail marketing
