Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop personal sales strategies and plans in accordance with the company's sales targets and market demands.
Customer Development & Retention: Independently explore potential clients, maintain relationships with existing customers and design institutes, and deliver high-quality services.
Technical Consultation & Solution Provision: Identify client requirements, offer professional technical consultation and tailored solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.
Sales Negotiation & Contract Signing: Conduct business negotiations with clients, finalize sales contracts and ensure full contract performance.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitors' products and strategies to support the optimization of sales plans.
Order & Payment Management: Follow up on payment collection and acceptance reports, formulate detailed payment recovery plans, promptly identify and resolve payment issues to guarantee smooth fund collection.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, aged under 45.
Major in Mechanical Engineering or Mineral Processing.
Prior working experience in mineral processing or over 3 years of sales experience in mining machinery and equipment is preferred.
Possess strong communication skills and solid professional knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R30,00 - R35,00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cape Town, Western Cape
