About Us
Propel Photo Booths is one of Cape Town's leading photo booth entertainment companies, delivering innovative experiences for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private functions. We are looking for an energetic, organised, and commercially minded Sales & Operations Coordinator to help drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, event planners, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Oversee client communication from enquiry through to event completion.
- Coordinate bookings, staffing, and daily operational workflows.
- Attend selected events for quality control, staff supervision, and client relationship management.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and maintaining operational procedures.
- Support the development of new products, AI experiences, and customer offerings.
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general business administration.
Requirements
- Matric.
- A related certificate or diploma is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations is an advantage.
- Strong track record in lead conversion and customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive advantageous).
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and learning new systems.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with event requirements.
