Job description

Key responsibilities

Order Processing & Administrative Management: Receive, verify, and input sales orders into company systems accurately and promptly.
Billing & Documentation: Generate and issue accurate client invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation in compliance with company standards.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule dispatches and track shipments from order to delivery.
Advanced Excel Operations: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, complex formulas) to create spreadsheets, track order statuses, perform data reconciliation, and analyze daily operations.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain, clean, and update order tracking databases; prepare regular operational, sales, and inventory reports using Excel.
Customer & Internal Communication: Address order status inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and liaise across sales, accounting, and warehouse departments.

Pay: From R15 000,00 per month
