Job description
Raion Connect is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and ambitious E-Commerce Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate delays, stock shortages or changes.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Follow up after completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify ways to improve the customer experience.
Sales Administration
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Convert quotations into sales orders.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Ensure all customer information is captured correctly.
- Assist with returns and after-sales support.
Procurement
- Source products from approved suppliers.
- Request supplier quotations and confirm stock availability.
- Place purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build strong supplier relationships.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate orders between Sales, Procurement, Dispatch and Finance.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding orders and proactively resolve delays.
- Ensure customers receive regular updates on their orders.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records.
- Update internal systems and CRM information.
- Prepare sales and customer service reports.
- Maintain complete documentation for all customer orders.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or order coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
