Job description

ROLES OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, experienced, target-driven Sales Representative to deliver security technology solutions to businesses, estates, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will focus on growing our client base and selling solutions that keep people, assets, and property safe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Find potential clients, make cold calls, schedule meetings, and close sales.

· Check sites and suggest the best security solutions.

· Create professional proposals, quote, and follow up with clients.

· Build and keep strong relationships with clients. Increase sales and renew contracts.

· Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.

· Record all leads, activities, and opportunities accurately.

· Stay informed about security trends, PSIRA rules, and competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of back-to-back sales experience. Security industry experience is a strong advantage

· Valid Code 08/10 Driver’s License + Own reliable vehicle

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM. Comfortable with basic technical product explanations

· Matric required. Sales/Marketing diploma advantageous

· Grade C or above is advantageous but not essential

· Self-starter, resilient, professional, and target-focused

Pay: R5 074,51 - R28 201,13 per month
