About Brainmass

Brainmass School Transformation partners with schools, districts, education departments, and education stakeholders to improve leadership effectiveness, teacher support, change implementation, school culture, learner outcomes, and organizational performance.

As we expand our footprint across South Africa, we are seeking a driven and purpose-led Sales Representative who is passionate about transforming education and building meaningful partnerships within the sector.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for an individual who can engage school leaders, district officials, education stakeholders, and strategic partners in conversations that lead to meaningful change and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients within public and independent schools.
• Build relationships with Principals, SMTs, District Officials, School Governing Bodies (SGBs), NGOs, and education stakeholders.
• Present Brainmass School Transformation programmes and services.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Secure meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
• Develop strategic partnerships within the education ecosystem.
• Support proposal development and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for market expansion and growth.

Former principals, district officials, education consultants, and school management professionals are encouraged to apply.
