Role Description

Zootly is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our Pretoria based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong customer relationships and growing Zootly’s presence within the wholesale and business to business market.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers

• Presenting Zootly’s products professionally and confidently

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

• Conducting regular customer visits and sales follow ups

• Achieving agreed monthly sales targets

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Staying informed about Zootly’s products and relevant industry trends

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Representing the Zootly brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Proven sales, negotiation and customer service skills

• Previous business to business or wholesale sales experience is advantageous

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

• A basic understanding of, or genuine interest in, cannabis products and industry developments

• The ability to meet sales targets in a performance driven environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• A mature, responsible and highly organised approach to work

• The ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification

• Additional sales training or qualifications will be advantageous

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle

• Have his/her own properly functioning laptop and cel phone.

• Be competent with Xcel, google, and word.

• Based in Pretoria/Midrand area.
