Sales Representative (100% Commission)

Job Summary

Delivery Supply is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our extensive range of office supplies, stationery, cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, packaging, PPE and workplace essentials.

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who are passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business clients.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule and conduct client visits and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with the administration and procurement teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' external sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
