About the Role

As a Sales Representative for New Vehicles at Haval Kempton Park, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic automotive environment. This position focuses on engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing Haval's new vehicle offerings, and facilitating the purchase process to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Actively promote and sell Haval’s range of new vehicles, ensuring customers receive personalized service.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options to customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicle inventory, including specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, meet targets, and improve overall sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare and process sales agreements and follow through on post-sale customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Haval or similar automotive brands.
• Certification in sales training or automotive sales processes.
• Familiarity with financing options and vehicle trade-in processes.
• Knowledge of the local automotive market trends.
