About the role
Hino Trucks Parow is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Sales Representative: New Vehicles (Trucks) to join our Sales Team. You’ll report to the Manager: Sales and receive full on-the-job training. If you love building relationships, thrive on targets, and aren’t shy to pick up the phone or knock on a door - this is for you.
What you’ll do
- Proactively prospect, cold call and network to build a quality sales pipeline.
- Sell new and used commercial vehicles.
- Deliver a standout customer experience that drives repeat and referral business.
- Represent Hino professionally at customer visits, demos and events (incl. some after-hours/weekends when required).
What you’ll bring
- A self-motivated, high-energy approach and competitive mindset.
- Persistence, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative thinking to grow the customer base.
Nice to have (advantageous, not essential)
- Exposure to Truck Science / HTM Transolve.
- Understanding of payload requirements and bridge formulae.
Minimum requirements
- Matric/ NQF Level 4 Equivalent Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clear criminal record.
