Remote Sales Specialist (Base Pay + Commission)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Remote Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
If you are a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals, we want you on our team. This is a fully remote position offering a reliable base salary coupled with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure designed to reward your hard work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify and reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social selling channels.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close using our CRM system.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and tailor product or service recommendations accordingly.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (remote sales experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and video calls.
- Drive & Motivation: A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to maximize earning potential through commission.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools, CRM software, and video conferencing platforms.
