Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, confident and sales-driven Sales Representative to join our team in North Riding.
The position is suitable for both graduates or newcomers looking to start a career in sales, as well as candidates with approximately 1–3 years of sales experience.
The successful candidate should be energetic, outgoing and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong passion for sales.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products professionally to prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.
• Prepare quotations and relevant sales documentation where required.
• Compile sales reports, presentations and other related documentation.
• Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate follow-up and support.
• Work independently to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
• Provide regular feedback on sales activities, customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Perform general sales-related administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree; BCom or BA qualification preferred.
• Graduates and candidates new to sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with approximately 1–3 years of sales experience will also be considered.
• Previous sales experience and a proven sales track record will be advantageous.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Own reliable transport.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
