Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs, present tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value of products or services.
Product Demonstrations: Educate prospects on product features through presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms, overcome objections, and finalize sales contracts.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale communication to ensure client loyalty and secure repeat business or referrals.
CRM Tracking: Document all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer data.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
