You will initially join us as an Independent Sales Representative on a commission-only basis, earning: 10% recurring commission on qualifying invoices from customers you bring into the business. Once you are consistently generating R40,000 or more in monthly sales, you will be offered a permanent position with the company. Your Permanent Employment Package Once you reach and consistently maintain the R40,000+ monthly sales target and move into your permanent position, your package will be: - R10,000 fixed monthly salary - 5% commission on qualifying sales/invoices - Fuel covered by the company - Company laptop and necessary work equipment - Permanent employment with the company Your commission rate will change from 10% to 5% once you become permanently employed, as you will then receive a fixed monthly salary, fuel and company-provided work equipment. You will need to have your own reliable vehicle. About the Opportunity The opportunity is straightforward: You bring us the customers and orders – we take care of the rest. Your main responsibility is to find new customers, introduce them to our products/services and bring sales into the business. We handle the supply, invoicing, order fulfilment, delivery, administration and ongoing customer service. This allows you to focus on what you do best: finding customers and generating sales. How You Get Paid – Independent Stage While working as an Independent Sales Representative, there is no fixed salary. Instead, you will earn a 10% commission on qualifying invoices generated by customers you bring into the business. The major benefit is that your commission is recurring. When you bring us a customer, you don't only earn commission on their first order. If that customer continues ordering from us, you continue earning 10% commission on their qualifying invoices while you remain on the independent commission structure, subject to the terms of the commission agreement. Example You bring in a customer who places a R20,000 order. Your 10% commission = R2,000 If that customer places another R20,000 order, you can earn another R2,000. As you bring in more customers, you have the opportunity to build a portfolio of customers generating recurring commission. Reach R40,000+ Monthly Sales and Secure Your Permanent Position Our goal is to find strong sales representatives who can become long-term members of our team. Once you consistently generate R40,000 or more in monthly sales, you will move into a permanent sales position with the company. Your compensation package will then change from 10% commission only to: R10,000 fixed monthly salary + 5% commission + fuel covered + company laptop/work equipment. This gives you the security of a fixed monthly salary while still allowing you to earn additional commission based on the sales you generate. Your package will then become: R10,000 fixed monthly salary + 5% commission + fuel covered + company laptop/work equipment. Your commission rate will decrease from 10% to 5% upon permanent employment because you will then receive the fixed salary and additional employment benefits.
