Sales Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing role for experienced candidates with backgrounds in outbound sales, sales development (SDR), virtual sales (VDR), appointment setting, or account executive roles.

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for driving outbound prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, setting appointments, and contributing to closing deals as needed. The specific mix of responsibilities may vary, but a proactive attitude and a strong focus on meeting targets are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified leads
• Manage the sales development process, including appointment setting and lead nurturing
• Engage prospects throughout the sales cycle, moving opportunities toward closing
• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target markets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and retention
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales quotas
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, appointment setting, or account management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal English skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or service-based industries
• Familiarity with multi-channel prospecting and data-driven sales strategies
