OJob Title: Telesales / Sales Representative – Afrikaans Campaign (Medical Insurance)

Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Telesales / Sales Representatives to join our medical insurance sales team. The successful candidates will focus on selling medical insurance products to our Afrikaans-speaking client base.

This is a target-driven sales role requiring confidence, resilience, and strong closing ability.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (mandatory)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
6-12 months telesales or direct sales experience
Experience in insurance sales is an advantage and RE5 will be advantageous)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented

Responsibilities:

Sell medical insurance products over the phone
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Maintain high-quality customer interactions

Remuneration:

Basic + high commission structure (performance based)
