Sales Representative

Tech 3:23 is looking for a driven, confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll be out in the field, building relationships with farming and agricultural operations, estates, and small, medium and large businesses across the Cape Winelands and surrounding areas.

Your role will be to introduce clients to Tech 3:23 and help them find the right security and technology solutions for their properties and operations.

Solutions you’ll be selling include:

• CCTV surveillance systems
• Off-site CCTV monitoring
• Intruder detection & alarm systems
• Access control solutions
• Gate & entrance automation
• Perimeter security solutions
• Integrated security solutions for farms and businesses
• Airconditioning solutions

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’d like to hear from you if you:

• Have a proven sales track record
• Have a clear criminal record. This will be verified - Psira
• Are confident in prospecting and generating new business
• Enjoy getting out, meeting people and building relationships
• Are comfortable dealing with everyone from farmers and business owners to managers and decision-makers
• Have your own reliable vehicle
• Are fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Reside in Paarl or Wellington
• Are self-motivated, organized and target-driven
• Have a professional and trustworthy approach

Security industry experience is an advantage — but it’s not essential.

If you understand sales, know how to open doors, build relationships and close deals, we can teach you the technology.
