Sales Representative – Telecommunications, Insurance & Advertising
Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Job Type: Full-Time (Independent)
Salary: From R4,000 per month + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Roodepoort.
This is a strictly office-based role where you will sell a range of telecommunications, insurance, and advertising solutions to new and existing customers. If you enjoy speaking to people, achieving targets, and earning commission, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Convert company-provided leads into sales.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Promote and sell telecommunications, insurance, and advertising products and services.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales activity.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Meet, exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, insurance, advertising, call centre, or direct sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
