Sales Representative: Used Vehicles - Ford Kempton Park

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for our Used Vehicles division at Ford Kempton Park. In this customer-focused position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the sale of used vehicles, providing expert guidance and support to our clients throughout their buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the purchase process, demonstrating product knowledge and showcasing vehicle features.
• Assess the value of trade-in vehicles and provide competitive offers to customers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth transactions and assist customers with financing options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and strategic networking.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report sales activities.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Demonstrable experience in building relationships and negotiating deals.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital platforms for sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with used vehicle sales or knowledge of Ford products is advantageous.
• Relevant automotive sales certifications or training.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans or other local languages is a plus.
