Sales Representative: Used Vehicles - Isuzu Vereeniging

About the Role

As a Sales Representative for Used Vehicles at Isuzu Vereeniging, you will focus on connecting with potential customers to promote our range of pre-owned vehicles. Your role is essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through warm and cold outreach, providing expert knowledge of used vehicle inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits to match their needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of used vehicle market trends to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets and increasing market penetration.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing and terms to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with past customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including sales documentation and vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure a positive buying experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive sector or a similar retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while keeping customer interests in mind.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle features is an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in selling used vehicles or automotive sales is a plus.
• Certification in sales techniques or automotive product knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies to promote vehicle sales online.
