Sales Representatives (Basic + Commission on Sales)

We are looking for two hardworking, motivated and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team.

This role is suited to someone who is confident speaking to people, comfortable approaching potential customers and motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.

We are looking for people who are willing to put in the work. You should be able to manage your responsibilities independently, stay productive without being constantly reminded about your work, and take initiative when it comes to finding and converting new opportunities.

Compensation

• Basic salary: R4,500 per month
• Commission on sales
• The more you sell, the more you can earn.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Generating new leads and sales opportunities.
• Contacting prospective customers and introducing them to our products/services.
• Following up consistently with potential customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Answering customer questions and handling objections professionally.
• Converting leads into sales.
• Meeting and working towards sales targets.
• Keeping accurate records of leads, conversations and sales.
• Following up with existing customers where appropriate.
• Staying informed about the products and services being offered.
• Reporting on sales activity and progress.
• Taking initiative to find new ways of generating leads and increasing sales.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

A strong work ethic is important for this role. We are looking for someone who can get on with their work without needing to be constantly reminded or managed.

Previous sales experience is beneficial, but we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence, determination and a willingness to learn.
