You'll spend part of your day speaking with qualified business owners and executives who have already engaged with our marketing. And you'll spend time helping us build a smarter sales organization using AI.

What You'll Be Doing
- Calling qualified business owners and execs who have engaged with our marketing
- Following up with prospects who entered our funnel but never booked a call
- Reaching out to qualified prospects who match our ideal client profile
- Conducting discovery conversations
- Building rapport and uncovering business challenges
- Determining whether a prospect is a fit for a sales call
- Booking qualified appointments for our sales team
- Preparing detailed notes and handoffs for closers
- Updating our CRM accurately
- Following up through phone, text, and email
You'll also help improve our sales organization by:
- Using AI to improve sales presentations and proposals
- Uncovering contact information and enriching lead data
- Building better sales processes
- Reviewing sales calls and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Constantly looking for ways to make our sales team faster, smarter, and more effective
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional phone presence
- Strong listening skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Ability to work North American business hours
- Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-up calls

- Consistently booking qualified appointments
- Maintaining strong appointment show rates
- Keeping excellent CRM records
- Providing outstanding notes for closers

Compensation
- Competitive monthly base salary
