Job description

Manini M Luxe Hair is looking for a creative, sales-driven and reliable Social Media, Sales & Client Growth Assistant to help grow our luxury hair brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating beautiful content and, importantly, knows how to turn enquiries and online engagement into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp Business
Take and edit quality photos, videos, Reels and TikToks of our hair products and clients
Respond to customer enquiries and follow up leads to close sales
Help attract new customers and grow our client base
Assist with promotions, campaigns and influencer/model collaborations
Maintain customer records and follow up with previous clients
Request customer reviews, photos and video testimonials
Assist with scheduled content and product shoot days
Keep up with beauty, hair and social media trends

We Are Looking for Someone Who

Is confident and creative on social media
Can create attractive content that helps sell products
Has good communication and customer-service skills
Is sales-driven, proactive and target-focused
Is organised, dependable and able to work independently
Has an interest in beauty, hair and fashion
Is comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business and Facebook
Has basic experience with tools such as CapCut and Canva
Has a smartphone suitable for creating good-quality content
Is based in Johannesburg

Previous experience in social media, content creation, sales, marketing or the beauty/hair industry will be an advantage, but practical ability and creativity are especially important to us.

Pay: R6 503,97 - R7 500,00 per month
