Sales Specialist (Vodacom Retail)
Location: Eastern Cape (Gqeberha)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (16 shifts/month)
Remuneration: R3,350 Basic + R650 Communications Allowance = R4,000 Monthly CTC Performance Incentive: up to R1,000 monthly KPI potential (Total earning potential: R5,000).
Job Purpose: Driving in-store prepaid connections, starter pack SIM conversions, handset sales, and customer engagement across retail doors. Actively engage store visitors, demonstrate value-added services, and maintain flawless brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively approach customers in-store to sell prepaid connections, starter pack SIM conversions, handset sales.
● Maintain full point-of-sale (POS) merchandising compliance, stock checks, and report
low stock or pricing errors.
● Reporting & Tracking: Mandatory daily check-ins/check-outs and start/end-of-day surveys logged directly on the Repsly app.
● Maintain target engagement rates and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
● Proven track record in retail sales or cellular contract sales.
● Strong communication, customer engagement, and closing skills.
● Tech-savvy with the ability to log daily activity on mobile reporting apps.
● Punctual, professional, and target-driven.
