Job description

Sales Specialist required for an outstanding company based on the East Rand with;

Grade 12 or N3 equivalent
Tertiary Qualification in Business / Marketing Degree
Computer literate
Min 5 years’ experience in the gas water heater industry
Strong business and commercial acumen
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to communicate with external retail partners
Proven experience developing and executing business strategies
Market research and development
target regions of south Africa and overseas market accurately.
Identify consumer needs, competitor dynamics and formulate industry specific market analysis reports
Expand ToB and ToC customer resources and establish a stable customer network that meets industry characteristics
Achievement of sales targets
Formulate personal regional sales strategies and monthly quarterly targets
Customer relationship maintenance
Manage the entire customer lifecycle, provide reply to customer questions about product technical principles, installation and maintenance during the pre-sales phase, follow up on customer compliances and maintenance needs during the after-sales phase to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates
Data reporting and optimisation
Submit sales data reports transaction amount, number of customers, channel conversion.
Review the sales process, analyse the reasons for unsuccessful transactions and channel effectiveness based on industry experience and continuous optimise sales strategies and customer development methods

Pay: R45 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
