Job description
Job Mission
To increase sales and revenue from Direct Customers and Co-operatives.
Purpose of the Job
To oversee and optimise office operations with a focus on staff supervision, customer service processes, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, customer liaison, or related administrative roles is advantageous.
- Experience working directly with customers, organizing company agendas in client environments.
- Team leadership experience.

Key Outputs
1. Office Supervisor Responsibilities
1.1. Daily reporting to the management group on employee attendance
1.2. Liaising with HR regarding staff lateness or sick leave
1.3. Managing the Quotes Team
1.4. Reporting on quote-to-sale conversions
1.5. Driving continuous improvement in the quotes system
1.6. Directing and coaching the Orders Team in resolving customer challenges
Competencies
- Supervisory and team management skills
- Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of order management and Sage system (advantageous)
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Effective problem-solving and customer service resolution
- Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
