Job Summary

Working within our UK & International Sales Operations Shared Service Centre supporting the sales organization in the operational execution of sales. You will help enhance our customers overall experience and help develop our customer account base alongside the wider sales operations function. You will inspire co-workers to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and our sales community.

You will working as part of a fast paced team who are diligent in their approach, operate to a high standard and have a right first time mentality. You will be responsible for supporting the full end to end order process, ensuring the transactions are fully managed through our systems.

You will liaise with various levels of stakeholders, including but not limited to internal business units, external vendors, suppliers and customers, ensuring relationships are built, maintained and enhanced. Suggesting and supporting initiatives that drive improvements to the way we operate, demonstrating a balanced flexibility, curiosity and a passion to engage.

What You Will Do

  • Follow the correct process for accurately completing the following activities within our systems:
  • Produce accurate and timely client facing quotations within the customer margin policies. Working with Sales and customers to ensure we deliver excellence in everything we do.
  • Liaising with Customer Services for returns or replacement devices and query resolution.
  • Input orders within agreed SLAs (timely and accuracy).
  • Customer purchase order management working with our procurement team.
  • Customer back-order Management
  • Build a solid relationship with our internal and external customers,
  • Executing and delivering internal and external facing documents including reports and contracts, facilitating client contract signatures where necessary
  • Knowledge and understanding of our core Vendors and their associated portals
  • Identify process enhancements for the business.
  • Ensure accuracy of data inputs and resolve issues.

What We Expect of You

  • Proven track record of working in an administrative function within a fast paced international organisation.
  • Ability to follow a defined business process but with the curiosity, wanting to understand the Why?
  • Strong understanding and experience of the sales process
  • Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units
  • Experience in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools
  • Credible, motivated, and accountable individual with an appreciation for building meaningful and lasting relationships, combined with a desire and ability to “win hearts and minds”. Confident yet humble in their approach.
