Sales Team Leader – Building Materials
Location: Bushbuckridge / Acornhoek / Thulamahashe
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Building Materials/HHardware Sales
- Good knowledge of building material products
- Strong numerical & mathematical skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales team leadership experience preferred
- Must be from the Bushbuckridge / Acornhoek / Thulamahashe area
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage customer relationships
- Drive sales of building materials
- Monitor team performance and sales activities
