Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to lead a team of up to 15 outbound sales and lead generation agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily team performance and ensure KPIs and campaign targets are achieved.
• Coach, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor calls for quality and compliance and provide constructive feedback.
• Track call volumes, conversions, and individual performance.
• Provide team training and regular performance reports.
• Identify underperformance and implement appropriate improvement plans.
• Create team incentives and find new ways to improve productivity.
• Escalate and follow through on data, technical, QA, or campaign issues.
• Assist with basic administration and other duties as required.

Essential Experience

• Outbound call centre experience.
• Lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to improve productivity and achieve targets.
• Good IT knowledge is advantageous.

Team size: Up to 15 agents
Daily individual points target for bonus: 12
