About the Role
Key Hire is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our SmartBuy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about motor vehicles and sales, with the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a Used Vehicle Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and network with potential customers.
- Assist with showroom duties and vehicle displays.
- Handle telephone enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist with sales administration, quotations and customer databases.
- Learn about vehicle specifications and the used vehicle sales process.
- Maintain excellent customer service and showroom standards.
- Participate in the Key IMPI learnership and company training programmes.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or training.
- A genuine interest in motor vehicles and sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and advertising platforms.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
