Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and selection of new sales staff, onboarding and training new employees, and conducting daily training and coaching sessions with existing sales agents to continuously improve their skills, product knowledge and sales performance. The role will include identifying areas where individuals or teams require additional development, monitoring progress, providing practical coaching and feedback, and helping to maintain a motivated, disciplined and high-performing sales environment. The Sales Trainer will also assist management with various operational and administrative responsibilities as required. We are looking for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for developing people, and the ability to hold staff accountable while bringing positive energy to the team.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
