What You’ll Do (Observe. Correct. Impact.)

As our go-to operational expert, you will work side-by-side with Operations, Team Leaders, and Quality Assurance to unlock potential and drive consistent daily results.

  • Ignite New Talent: Deliver high-energy, structured onboarding programs that take new hires from "rookie" to "rockstar," ensuring they hit the floor ready to win and dominate the leaderboard.
  • Be the Knowledge Guru: Maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of our sales processes, products, systems, and dialer tools. When anyone has a complex question, you are the definitive answer.
  • Coach for Impact: Conduct dynamic, real-time coaching sessions focused on closing psychology, advanced objection handling, call control, and master-level communication skills.
  • Hold Elite Standards: Create, refresh, and maintain the blueprint. Design engaging training manuals and interactive materials that turn skill into unshakeable confidence.
  • Analyze & Elevate: Team up with QA to listen to live calls, spot performance trends, ruthlessly bridge skill gaps, and deliver targeted refresher training that moves the needle daily.
  • Track the Wins: Take relentless accountability for your results. Measure your success by graduation rates and watching your trainees smash their targets.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a relentless top performer who knows how to duplicate their success in others.

  • The Experience: A proven track record as a Sales Trainer or Coach within a fast-paced, high-volume Call Centre or BPO environment.
  • The Mastery: Deep subject matter expertise in call center operations, CRM platforms, dialer tools, and high-performance sales frameworks.
  • The Delivery: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and live-floor coaching abilities. You don't follow the standard; you set it, and you know how to make execution second nature.
  • The Superpower: The unique ability to break down complex systems, objections, and sales methodologies into simple, actionable, and highly practical steps.
  • The Technical Grounding: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace to keep tracking and materials organized.
