Job description

Blue Mercury is seeking a Sales and Product Trainer for Discovery Insure and Capital Legacy campaigns , these campaigns have been running for over a decade.

We are at a platinum level at discovery as our company has launched these campaigns for discovery since 2010

We also work for capital legacy which is the biggest will provider and estate administrators in south Africa and have been running this camping since 2019

PRODUCT SPECS FOR CAMPAIGNS YOU WILL TRAIN :

Discovery Life which provides clients with up to 60% of their current life cover back and Discovery Vitality ,which provides the client with monthly cash back. These are just a few if the exciting benefits you will be able to offer!

Capital legacy is the biggest provider of wills in south Africa with over 6500 clients monthly that are signing up

DUTIES :

Facilitate product, sales, process and system training as per the client requirements.

· Identify and assess training needs within the client campaigns to identify gaps and relevant soft and sales skills training.

· Provides input to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans.

· Helps employees improve upon/enhance existing skills (upskilling).

· Design solutions incorporating a variety of learning products.

· Create a supportive and conducive adult learning environment.

· Create product or systems assessments to determine candidate’s understanding of the training received.

· Choosing appropriate training methods as required (i.e. virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)

· Provide coaching to employees where gaps or non-performance is identified.

· Campaign training reporting on a weekly basis.

· Compile a handover assessment report from training into operations for each candidate.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Encouraging respect for ideas voiced during facilitation.

· Steering conversations about the learning material during facilitation.

· Extracting varied insights from participants during facilitation.

· Administering and reviewing progress on assessments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Experience:

  • sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Insurance : 3 years (Required)
